NONVOLATILE STORAGE AND DATA STORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of shortening a required write time by reducing overhead for transfer of write data in a card type storage including a nonvolatile memory and a buffer memory. SOLUTION: In the card type storage with built-in nonvolatile memory 110 and buffer memory 140, the buffer memory is constituted from plural banks (BNK0 to BNK3), and data are transferred in due order from a host CPU to each bank in the buffer memory, and the data are transferred from a filled bank to the nonvolatile memory, and writing is started when data transfer in a batch write unit in the nonvolatile memory is finished, and the next write data are transferred from the host CPU to a bank in the state where the transfer of the data under writing is finished without waiting for finish of data writing.
