<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element in which disconnection does not occur between external electrodes and internal electrodes even when the element is continuously driven for a long period under a high-electric field and high-pressure condition and which is excellent in durability. SOLUTION: This laminated piezoelectric element is provided with a columnar laminate 1a constituted by alternately laminating a plurality of piezoelectric layers 1 and a plurality of internal electrodes 2 upon another, and a pair of external electrodes 4 which are respectively provided on both side faces of the laminate 1a and to which the internal electrodes 2 are connected alternately at every other layer. Projecting conductive terminals 5 protruded from the side faces of the laminate 1a are provided at the end sections of the internal electrodes 2 at every other layer, and are bonded to the external electrodes 4 composed of plate-shaped conductive members 4a.</p> |
