摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core to easily form a core gap for the adjustment of characteristics thereof. SOLUTION: Cut-out portions G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6 are respectively formed to a part of contact surfaces 1a, 1b, 1c of a magnetic core. The cut-out portions are formed to the front and to rear surfaces M1 and M2, when these are viewed from the direction A in Fig. 1 and are formed as the sloping surfaces at the front end portions of legs 1L, 1P, 1R of an E-type magnetic core 1. When the contact surfaces 1a, 1b, 1c are coated with non-magnetic resin, such as a thermosetting epoxy resin, these surfaces M1 and M2 are aligned for arrangement. Gap W which is generated by inclination of the cutout portions G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6 is in the range of 0.5 to 0.1 mm. The gap W prevents the non- magnetic resin from changing into liquid and flowing from the contact surfaces 1a, 1b, 1c to act to connect the adjacent magnetic cores.
