PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to execute an application B installed in an HDD by writing it into a drive by an application B, or leaving execution files and system files for the application B left in the drive without installing them into the HDD. SOLUTION: A PC 1 in this constitution is composed of a CPU 2 to control data processing and all the control, a BIOS ROM 3 containing a program for a basic process, a RAM 4 as a partial storage device, an I/F circuit A 5 to transmit data between the CPU 2 and the RAM 4, an I/F circuit B 6 to transmit data to/from peripheral devices such as the HDD 9, an FDD, non-illustrated, and a CD-ROM 10, an I/F circuit C 7 to transmit data to/from a peripheral device 11 installed outside a computer, and a VGA 8 or the like as a screen outputting device 12.
