PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle varying apparatus for electronic equipment capable of being attachable to/detachable from the electronic equipment with excellent operability at a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The angle varying apparatus 1 of electronic equipment 50 of this invention comprises a base member 2 mounted at a place where the electronic equipment 50 is installed; a mounting member on which the electronic equipment 50 is mounted, and which is supported by the base member 2 so as to freely swing about a horizontal base support shaft; and an arm member 4 supported by the mounting member 3 so as to freely swing about a mounting member support shaft axis extending horizontally, which sets mounting angle of the electronic equipment 50 by being latched by the base member 2, whereby the electronic equipment 50 is mounted at a prescribed angle.
