PURPOSE: A periscope-type rear-view mirror is provided for drivers to see a front and a rear part of a vehicle in traveling a narrow alley or in parking. CONSTITUTION: A periscope-type rear-view mirror is composed of an existing rear-view mirror(3) reflecting a front part of a vehicle through a lower side(4) of the periscope, a mirror(7) located between an upper side(1) and the lower side of the periscope, and an angle control device(6) regulating the angle according to kinds of vehicles. The lower side of the periscope is pulled down from a height-control device(2) of the periscope to reflect horizontally the front part and a lane. In usual, the lower side thereof is pushed up to the height-control device to function as the rear-view mirror.
