PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display, an image displaying method, an information storage medium, and an image displaying program, capable of focusing an image with little distortion on a curved-surface screen. SOLUTION: An image processing section 40 comprises a plane processing section 41 having a perspective projection conversion processing section 42, a texture mapping processing section 43, and a plane buffer 44, an image information transmission processing section 45, and a corresponding coordinate setting section 46. The plane processing section 41 projects an image of a 3D object in a game space on five virtual planes S1 to S5 surrounding a spherical screen 4. The projected image information is stored in the plane buffer 44. Planes S1 to S5 are split into a plurality of sectional areas and the image information transmission processing section 45 transmits the image information for every sectional area from the plane buffer 44 to a circular frame buffer 50. |
