SOLUTION: In the water supply system for trading service water between the plurality of water supply business units A-H, pipelines of required business units of the water supply business units A-H are mutually connected by connecting pipes 3ab-3gh, and flow controllers 2ab-2gh are provided in a midway part of each connecting pipe. Each water supply business unit A-H is communicably connected with a management center CC via a communication network CN. The management center CC mediates trade between a water supply business units desiring purchase of service water and a selling water supply business unit.
