MOTOR HAVING AUTOMATIC STARTING TORQUE CORRECTING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce troubles when a motor is started regardless of a change in a lubricant temperature or the ambient temperature of the motor. SOLUTION: A geared motor with an inverter is coupled with a gear unit 1, has an inverter 30 as a speed control means, and has a thermosensor 6 for detecting a temperature of lubricant. The inverter 30 has a starting torque correction unit 32-3 which corrects the starting torque characteristics to elevate when the motor is started under a low temperature at such a case as the temperature detected by the thermosensor is lower than a prescribed temperature.
