<p>The invention concerns a method for making a reinforcing element based on glass fibers, designed to be incorporated in a profiled article based on thermoplastic elastomer. The invention is characterized in that the method comprises at least two successive steps, namely: a step which consists in pre-activation of the glass fibers, by dip coating in a solution containing a mixture of epoxides and diisocyanates; a step which consists in extruding the pre-activated glass fibers with a thermoplastic material, functionalized by a reactive group having a chemical reactivity with the epoxides and/or the diisocyanates.</p> |
