The present invention discloses a method of the generation of operating system based on X86-compatible computer and the compatible computer using the operating system. Said operating system files include operating system file and application file, characterized in that the operating system file and the application file stored in memory are stored and transferred by means of dynamic embed, thereby the virtual operating system disk is generated in the memory. The function of the compatible computer suits the performance of the high-level PC. The cost of the compatible computer is low. Furthermore the compatible computer can be simply operated and conveniently maintained. It has high performing efficiency, compatibleness, stability and reliability.
