PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitter-receiver in which cross-talk of the transmission signal light from a light emitting element to a light receiving element within the same equipment is reduced by adjusting the emitting direction of the transmission signal light from the light emitting element. SOLUTION: In the optical transmitter-receiver, the emitting port of the transmission signal light of the light emitting element 4 is installed at such a position for forming the image of the transmission signal light from the light emitting element on a light transmission line via a half mirror 2 and a coupling lens, and the emitting port of the transmission signal light of the light emitting element 4 is arranged in such a direction for making an incident angle at the half mirror formed by the beam center line of the transmission signal light transmitted from the light emitting element 4 larger than the incident angle of the beam center line of focusing the transmission signal light from the light emitting element 4 on the optical transmission line to the maximum.
