PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system for supporting such an operation that the burden of working on service users and burden of operation on plan operators are less in the plan of sales promotion or advertisement such that a merit is given according to the service use achievement rate of the service users at one or a plurality of points. SOLUTION: In this check point providing service use condition control system, the operation of the project for sales promotion or advertisement to provide a gift or a merit to the service users according to the use conditions of the service provided at one or a plurality of points is supported. The provision of the information on service provided at the service users at each point, confirmation of use of service by the service users, and the control of the state of use of service are performed by an information communication between portable communication terminals owned by the service users and a central control computer owned by a plan operator. |
