PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon confirmation system using a voice recognition device and a coupon issuance system using fortune slips which are constituted so that coupons with different return ratio are issued as keywords by drawing written oracles of virtual temples and shrines on a Web and the coupons are used by using the keywords at stores of affiliated companies. SOLUTION: In a reward return system to enable a user to obtain the coupons which can be used for discount of purchase of new merchandise or service, etc., by purchasing the merchandise and using the service at actual stores and virtual stores on the Internet, etc., it is provided with the voice recognition device 5 that identifies voice to be uttered by the user 16 or a device 20 carried by the user and identifies recognized voice information and a preliminarily stored first keyword and constituted so that return of a reward using the coupons is obtained when information uttered by the user or the device carried by the user which is obtained by the voice recognition device coincides with the first keyword 6 stored in the voice recognition device. |
