摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional advertisement mail communication system that (1) a user has needed a communication charge in the case of receiving advertisement, (2) a sponsor cannot have hardly recognized a reaction of viewers on the advertisement, (3) a sponsor cannot have hardly grasped how each of recipients reacts on the advertisement, and (4) a sponsor cannot have hardly identified whether or not each recipient really reads the advertisement. SOLUTION: The problems above are respectively solved item by item. (1) The money in compensation for advertisement reception is paid for advertisement recipients. (2) The advertisement includes choices limited to reactions to the advertisement and urges users to select them so as to catch reactions of each user on the advertisement. (3) The sponsor grasps information of people taking actual purchase actions at shops and from the transmission capability of recipients. (4) The sponsor discriminates whether or not a recipient reads the advertisement depending on the detection of scrolling operation by a mobile terminal or the measurement of time when the recipient seemingly reads the advertisement.
