PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, system for placing/receiving an order, a mediating device, a computer program and a recording medium to enable selection of an order receiving party with advantageous conditions by minimizing human and temporal burdens on the order placing side in order placement/receipt processes for ordering creation of an original plan of advertisement from an advertiser who places an order of the creation of the advertisement to an advertisement agency that creates the original plan of the advertisement and for ordering the creation of the advertisement based on the original plan from the advertisement agency to an advertisement creation agency. SOLUTION: The advertisement agency 300 to be an order placing destination is selected in a form of counter-auction among the advertiser 200 who manages an order placement supporting device 20 and the advertising agencies 300, 300, etc., that manages a plurality of order placement/receipt supporting devices 30, 30, etc., respectively and the advertisement creating business body 400 is further selected in the form of the counter-auction among the selected advertising agency 300 and a plurality of advertisement creating agencies 400, 400, etc., that manage a plurality of order receipt supporting devices 40, 40, etc., respectively. |
