PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high quality communication by minimizing influence on another communication channel in the case of controlling transmission power on the basis of desired wave power and interference power included in a multipath signal. SOLUTION: The transmission power is controlled by using not only a first SIR (SIR1) value on which the whole interference factors are reflected but also a second SIR (SIR2) value from which multipath interference is eliminated. In such a case, when the ratio of multipath interference components to the whole interference components is large, the transmission power is not increased/ reduced, but when the ratio of multipath interference is small, the transmission power is increased or reduced.
