PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium for recording video/audio data in a way of capable of reproducing the video/audio data from an address instructed by a user even when the video/audio data are encrypted. SOLUTION: A storage device comprising a hard disk stores a time search table 50. The time search table 50 comprises a time stamp 51, a decode start point 52 in cross-reference with the time stamp 51, and a GOP address offset 53 in cross-reference with the time stamp 51. The decode start point 52 points out decoding start addresses of blocks BLKm BLKm+2, and BLKm+4 of encrypted data 40 resulting from dividing video/audio data into a plurality of blocks and from encrypting the blocks, and the GOP address offset 53 points out offsets between the decode start points m, m+2, m+4 and random access points n, n+1, n+2 of the GOP configuring a stream 30 respectively.
