PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method of an armature of an electric rotating machine wherein winding around magnetic pole cogs is enabled smoothly when a coil is formed by using a thick wire, and to provide its equipment. SOLUTION: Regarding the winding method of the armature of the electric rotating machine in a forward operation and a backward operation in the shaft direction, a nozzle is moved from ends A, D of slot entrances 42a, 42b to positions B, E which pass over coil end parts 32a, 32b of the other ends, along the slot entrances 42a, 42b. In a forward operation and a backward operation in the circumferential direction, the nozzle is moved once from positions D, E corresponding to the one-side slot entrances 42a, 42b of the coil end parts 32a, 32b to positions C, F which pass over positions corresponding to the other slot entrances 42b, 42a, and after that, returned to positions D, A corresponding to the other slot entrance. |
