PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the effect due to thermal distortion in a lamination type hydrogen separation apparatus. SOLUTION: The hydrogen separation apparatus is constructed by laminating a thin plate end plate 20, flow passage plates 30a, 50, 30b and hydrogen separation plates 40a, 40b. A flow passage through which a reformed gas and a purge gas flow respectively is formed in each flow plate. Though the plates are joined to each other by diffusion joint, non-joint parts where are not joined are provided with a prescribed interval. Because the degree of freedom of the distortion in the plane direction exists in the non-joined parts, thermal distortion or thermal stress is relaxed. |
