PURPOSE: An air mixing valve for cleaning to maintain a constant mixture of washer liquid and air and minimize air consumption by improving air injection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An air mixing valve comprises a valve housing(10) including a front plate(3) coupled to a washer liquid outlet pipeline(1) and a rear plate(9) coupled to a washer liquid inlet pipeline(5) and an air feed pipeline, wherein the valve housing has a hollow portion formed within the valve housing; a washer liquid pipe(13) having both ends mounted at front and rear plates, respectively, in such a manner that the washer liquid pipe interconnects the washer liquid outlet pipeline and the washer liquid inlet pipeline within the hollow portion of the valve housing; an air inlet pipe(23) having an end mounted to the rear plate in such a manner that the end of the air inlet pipe is connected to the air feed pipeline, and the other end disposed in front of the washer liquid outlet pipeline within the washer liquid pipe; and a nozzle(27) mounted to the other end of the air inlet pipe, which sprouts, in a radial direction, the air flowing through the air inlet pipe, in such a manner that the air is expanded at a predetermined pressure with respect to the washer liquid flowing through the washer liquid pipe.
