PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge preventive vessel which can easily ground the static electricity. SOLUTION: An electric-conductive film for grounding the static electricity charged in the vessel 1A covers entire areas of inner and outer surfaces 6 and 7 of the vessel 1A, a contact conductor 10 fitted to a flange 8 of the vessel 1A comprises a first part 10a located on the side of the inner surface 6 of the flange 8 and a second part 10b located on the side of the outer surface 7 of the flange 8 and connected to the electric-conductive film.
