PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge a mastery degree of operation on the basis of the everyday operation by ordinary drivers. SOLUTION: The judgment of a mastery degree of operation comprises detecting a steering operation disorder based on a steering angle, detecting an accelerator pedal operation disorder based on an accelerator pedal operation quantity, calculating the amount of interference which indicates the magnitude of the disorder of the steering operation and the accelerator pedal operation generated in synchronization, and judging the mastery degree of operation on the basis of the amount of interference. Thus, judging accurately a mastery degree of operation on the basis of the everyday operation by ordinary drivers is realized. |
