PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and safely mine a gas hydrate existing in the ground. SOLUTION: In this gas hydrate carrying device for carrying a fluid through a pipe in a condition that the gas hydrate, gas and water are intermixed, a cylinder body 10 made of a porous plate is arranged inside a hydrate pipe 4 so as to be separated from an inner wall, and a pump 12 for delivering the water from a space 11 between the inner wall of the hydrate pipe 4 and the porous body 10 is provided.
