PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new preventive agent and/or a therapeutic agent for diseases concerned with differentiation of osteoclast and/or growth of osteoclast.

SOLUTION: Polyamine having an inhibitory action to the differentiation of osteoclast and/or the growth of osteoclast is discovered. Based on the knowledge, the problem to be solved by completion of a preventive agent and/or a therapeutic agent for diseases concerned with the differentiation of osteoclast and/or the growth of osteoclast containing polyamine as an active ingredient. The invention also relates to an inhibitor to the differentiation of osteoclast and/or the growth of osteoclast containing the polyamine as an active ingredient.
