The present invention creates three-dimensional relative coordinates by joining one end of a multi-articulated link to a base flange and by making a probe on the other end of the link come in contact with the base flange and the measuring points of a connection flange using the joining point between the base flange and one end of the link as a starting point. The present invention facilitates the operation and the conveyance of a portable multi-articulated measuring device for measuring the shape of an adjustment pipe by simplifying the structure; minimizes measuring points and measuring frequencies by simplifying calculation for the measuring points and measuring data using the three-dimensional coordinates of the probe; enables measurements from different angles using a multi-articulated structure without a hindrance caused by other devices in a workplace.
