PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener facilitating manufacturing of a molding die and using a long binding band by cutting it into a required length. SOLUTION: This member comprises: tongue piece parts 13b, 13b approximately in an angular cylindrical shape formed such that they can be respectively curved on a facing pair of side walls 13, 13; lock claws 13c facing each other and protruded on inner faces of the respective tongue pieces 13b for allowing insertion of the band 15 from a starting end 12a side to a tip 12b side and locking a move in the reverse direction; and non-return lock parts 14a, 14a fixed on outer surfaces of the other facing side walls 14, 14 for allowing their insertion into a hole 21a for fixing a fixing member 21 from the tip 12b side and preventing falling off.
