发明名称 METHOD FOR JOINING NOZZLE OF VESSEL MADE OF CLAD STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance, by joining a nozzle to the clad steel vessel of the multilayered construction wherein carbon steel is used as a base metal and titanium is clad on the lower layer and zirconium on the upper layer, in a way as to expose the zirconium on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A clad steel vessel of the multilayered construction wherein a zirconium material 12 is used for the surface layer and a titanium material 11 for the next layer and carbon steel is used as a base metal 10 is prepred. The part of the vessel to be mounted with a nozzle 13 is removed in order of the surface layer, the next layer and the metal 10 and the nozzle 13 is welded to the metal 10. A waste plate 16 is welded to the part where the titanium material 11 of the next layer is removed and in succession, respective lining materials 17, 18 consisting of titanium and zirconium are inserted into the nozzle 13 body. A collar plate 20 is monted in one end part of the nozzle 13, and the nozzle is welded. The other end part of the material 11 is further welded to the part where the clad of the surface layer is removed. The other end part of the material 12 is welded to the surface of the clad material in the surface layer.
