PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of preventing separation of a rubber sheet arranged on a tire inside surface, and having superior flat tire preventive performance, and its manufacturing method in a method for forming a pressure sensitive adhesive sealant from heat treatment of a composition of polyisobutylene and peroxide. SOLUTION: The rubber composition by blending the peroxide of 0.2 to 20 pts.wt. with the polyisobutylene of 100 pts.wt. is arranged on an inside surface of an area corresponding to at least a tread part of an unvulcanized tire, the rubber sheet composed of the rubber composition mainly composed of butadiene rubber is also arranged on the inside as the inmost layer, and the rubber composition is formed as the pressure sensitive adhesive sealant by vulcanizing and heat-treating the unvulcanized tire.
