PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and uniformly heat a shrinkable film by a hot blast. SOLUTION: The heater for heating a shrinkable film attached around an article 9 is equipped with four nozzles 34 around the article 9 located at a heating position for feeding a hot blast from each nozzle 34. Each nozzle 34 feeds the hot blast in a direction inclined toward the same direction with respect to a reference axis 8 which is directed in a vertical direction at the heating position. Therefore, an eddy of the hot blast occurs around the article 9, so that the shrinkable film can be efficiently and uniformly heated by the hot blast. In addition, since the shrinkable film is efficiently heated, consumption of energy can be suppressed, and even if the article 9 is carried on a conveyer, a length of the heater can be shortened.
