PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-insulation weather strip preventing noise outside a car from easily entering into a cabin. SOLUTION: This weather strip 1 having a hollow seal part 3 to be clamped between a door or a glass and a body panel in closing the door is provided with a columnar cushion part 4 erected vertically from the side of a fitting base part 2 and composed of a rubber or synthetic resin low-density sponge foam material in the hollow seal part 3. Or, the hollow seal part 3 is provided with the columnar cushion parts 7a and 7b composed of rubber or synthetic resin low-density sponge foam material in its inside in such states as vertically opposed to the sides of the fitting base part 2 and the crest part 3b respectively. |
