PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratchability testing machine for floor material easily measuring and evaluating the scratchability of a floor material under a condition similar to the actual using state of the floor material with good reproducibility, and a testing device and testing method using it. SOLUTION: (1) This scratchability testing machine for floor material comprises a truck consisting of a base and wheels and a bar-like or cylindrical member mounted in a position corresponding to the front and rear end parts of the truck or the vicinity of the end parts on the lower side of the base of the truck in parallel to the ground. (2) This scratchability testing device comprises the testing machine according to claim 1 or 2, the floor material horizontally placed on a mounting base; a traveling inclined passage for the testing machine set at an angle of 10-20 deg. to the floor material, and a stopper mechanism for stooping the testing machine provided on the inclined passage at a traveling start point. (3) This scratchability testing method for floor material comprises performing a test by spraying a particulate material on the floor material by use of the testing machine according to claim 3.
