PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat a vast number of samples. SOLUTION: This support mechanism of the samples has: a first member furnished with a recessed part with a thread groove in which a left screw is screwed, formed on the inner peripheral side, a second member furnished with a recessed part with a thread groove in which a right screw is screwed, on the inner peripheral side; a support member on one side of a bar body of which the left screw is free to be screwed in the thread groove of the first member and on the other side of which the right screw is free to be screwed in the thread groove of the second member and furnished with a support part to support the sample on either one end part of the left screw or the right screw; and a rotating means to rotate either one of the first member or the second member around the extending direction of the recessed part.
