PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap capable of facilitating maintenance such as cleaning and reducing the frequency of cleaning by allowing the semi-automatic capture and removal of the oil and fat content in waste water. SOLUTION: In this grease trap, an endless grease adsorptive belt 51 which makes contact with the upper surface of the waste water run into a grease trap vessel 1 to adsorb grease in the waste water is suspended and slowly rotated, and the grease adsorbed to the adsorptive belt is captured in an oil collecting basket 30 in the level upper part within the vessel.
