PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a vacuum-molded panel-like side air-dam 1 to a side sill part 5 with a space part 11 inside thereof at low cost, and to prevent the appearance of a vehicle from being impaired. SOLUTION: The side air-dam 1 is fitted to the side sill part 5 by using a member 13 for fitting car components having a first fixing part 15 to be fixed to one end part of a back side of the side air-dam 1 via a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 19 and a second fixing part 17 which is integrated with the first fixing part 15 so as to be extended along the surface of the side sill part 5 in the space part 11 and is fixed to an outer surface of the side sill part 5 in the space part 11.
