PURPOSE: A method for producing the titled knit fabric by forming a curved part on a nylon yarn through a weaving, fixing and unwinding process is provided. Whereby, the product has a soft feeling and flexibility and thus prevents generation of skin wound when the product is in use during showering. CONSTITUTION: The knit fabric is prepared by the steps of: (100) preheating a nylon yarn to form irregularities temporary on the nylon yarn by heating to a specified heating temperature while at the same time continuously passing nylon yarn through a plurality of rollers disposed alternately each other; (101) fixing the nylon yarn of a knit fabric by heating to a fixing temperature for a specified time while at the same time knitting the curved nylon yarn; (102) dyeing the knit fabric; (103) obtaining the secondly-curved nylon yarn by unwinding the dyed nylon yarn; and (104) knitting the curved nylon yarn.
