ELECTRIFICATION DISPLAY DEVICE OF HIGH TENSION CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrification display device of a high tension cable, capable of dispensing with a rectifying circuit or a driving circuit to attain simplified circuit configuration and having a long life. SOLUTION: A shielding layer 13 of the high tension cable 10 is separated into a grounded shielding layer part 13a which is grounded and a non-grounded shielding layer 13b which is not grounded. A polymer dispersion type liquid crystal 2 is connected between the grounded shield layer part 13a and the non- grounded shielding layer part 13b, and an electrification plotting part 3 plotting the existence/absence of the electrification state of the high tension cable 10 is disposed at a distance L1 on the back side of the polymer dispersion type liquid crystal 2. The polymer dispersion type liquid crystal 2 is AC-driven by a charged current of the non-grounded shielding layer part.
