RECYCLED MIXED SHEET MATERIAL USING WASTE PLASTICS AS RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight circulating type recycled mixed sheet material by mixing waste plastics different in kind in order to accelerate the reutilization of waste plastics. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic waste plastics and other waste plastics are crushed and the crushed pieces are kneaded under heating to form gel-like mixed plastics. This mixed plastics is again crushed by a crusher to form a molding material and a retaining mold is filled with the molding material to be heated to obtain the molded sheet material having gaps left therein.
