PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the uncomfortableness of a seat caused by cooling or heating only the air blown off or circulated. SOLUTION: The present equipment is composed of a heat conduction part 21 which diffuses the heat from a heat source 20 for cooling or heating, by heat conduction, a convection part 23 which lets out the air sent by a blower 22 as the air cooled or heated by the heat from the heat source 20 or as a mere air flow and an object part 24 of temperature regulation of which the separate places are subjected to temperature regulation respectively by the heat conduction part 21 and the convection part 23. Thereby the area where a crew member is seated is effectively cooled or heated separately by the heat conduction and the cooling-heating air. In the summer season, in particular, a feeling of being hot and stuffy due to sweat is eliminated and comfortableness can be improved.
