PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder which can effectively let off heat generated at a driving circuit on a flexible wiring board. SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board 25 connected to a recording head 20 extends while being bent by an obtuse angle to a circuit board 21 via an inclined wall face 29 from a bottom face at the outside of a head holder 18. An IC chip 23 for driving a piezoelectric actuator of the recording head 20 is flip chip mounted to a face at the opposite side to the head holder 18 of the flexible wiring board 25. The IC chip 23 is pressed to a heat sink 26 by an elastic material 27 set to the inclined wall face 29. The heat generated at the IC chip 23 is efficiently emitted to the outside from the heat sink 26. The heat sink 26 is electrically connected to the circuit board 21 by a leaf spring, and therefore static electricity can be let off via the circuit board 21 to the ground. |
