PURPOSE: An antenna coupling structure is provided to allow antenna replacement to be easily carried out by coupling/separating the antenna in the outside of the roof panel of the bus. CONSTITUTION: An antenna coupling structure comprises a holder(10) having a male terminal fixed to a roof panel so as to transmit the wave received at an antenna(A); and a connector(30) fixed to a fixing bracket(30'') which is welded to the inside of the roof panel where the holder is fixed, and transmits wave to a cable connector through a female terminal(30a') fit to the male terminal of the holder. The male terminal of the holder and the female terminal of the connector have convex central portions so as to increase coupling forces. The female terminal of the connector is made of an elastic material for allowing for an ease of insertion of the male terminal.
