PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating cobble of hot rolled coil is provided to reduce production cost of finished products and greatly improve productivity of a hot rolling line by collecting and correcting cobble generated in a hot rolling line so that the corrected cobble is used as finished products. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for collecting and treating cobble generated on a roller table of an iron works, the apparatus for treating cobble of hot rolled coil comprises a coiler(10) which is movable in a lateral direction of the roller table; a coil piling stand(70) that is installed at the lower part of the coiler(10) to support cobble coil; and a reduction unit(110) which is installed at the upper part of the coiler(10) to provide coil with tension during coiling of the cobble coil so that the apparatus collects the cobble coil by rolling the cobble coil in a coil on the roller table(330), wherein the coiler(10) comprises a body(14) which is movable on a rail(12) that is laterally arranged at one side of the roller table(330); wheels(16) that are arranged on the lower part of the body(14); and a laterally moving cylinder(20) which is installed to move the body(14), the body(22) of which is fixed to the bottom, and the rod of which connected to the rear of the body(14) so that the body(14) is moved back and forth toward the roller table(330) on the rail(12) by operation of the laterally moving cylinder(20).
