BALL JOINT STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A ball joint structure for a vehicle is provided to reduce parts and processes of a ball joint assembly by integrally forming an insertion part with plastic bearings. CONSTITUTION: A hollow ball stud(10) has a center part formed in a ball shape. A pair of plastic bearings(20) is slidably adhered to an outer surface of the ball stud. A forged case(30) is mounted, covering the pair of plastic bearings adhered to the outer surface of the ball stud. A dust cover(50) is mounted, being inserted into both sides of the forged case. A press insertion part(40) is integrally formed with an outer diameter surface of the plastic bearings, so that the dust cover is inserted into and is mounted at the press insertion part by a swaging.
