<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based film having excellent heat-sealing properties and an excellent weld-cut sealing strength, and suitably used as films for a food and an industrial use, and to provide a packaging bag made of the film. SOLUTION: The film comprises a polylactic acid-based polymer mainly compound of a copolymer of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid. In the copolymer, the content of D-lactic acid is larger than 2 mol% and not large than 8 mol%.</p> |
