PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hot air from going around a forward vehicle side of a panel from a space between a pipe and (an edge of) a through hole. SOLUTION: Connectors 233 and 234 are connected to each other, and first and second pipes 231 and 232 are connected to each other so that at least one of the connectors 233 and 234 is located within the through hole 133. The through hole 133 is closed by the connector 233, and a space between a refrigerant pipe 230 and an edge of the through hole 133 is considerably reduced thereby. Thus, hot air is prevented from going around the forward vehicle side of the panel 100 from a space between the refrigerant pipe 230 and the edge of the through hole 133 without closing the space by a closing means such as a rubber (a grommet) and a packing.
