PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently controlling a reclaimed tire manufacturing process not only to enable smooth manufacture but also to make it possible to reduce the labor in the control method. SOLUTION: In the method for controlling the reclaimed tire manufacturing process, when the stock number of base tires from a buffing process (a) to a vulcanization process (f) is set to N, the necessary vulcanization time of the base tires is set to T min, the vulcanization residual time of the base tires in the vulcanization process (f) is set to (t) min and the load coefficient of the base tires showing the repairing necessary work degree of the base tires is set toα, the vulcanization lasting time obtained by (N×T+t)-(T×α) at every tire size is set to M min and buffing work is performed in the order of tire sizes short in the vulcanization lasting time M.
