PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid over-rich temporarily generated when switching a stopping valve from a non-operating state to an operating state. SOLUTION: A valve stopping mechanism 53 holds at least one of a plurality of intake valves provided for every cylinder in an opened state in a predetermined engine speed region. A fuel injection valve 16 is provided in a common intake passage branched into a plurality of intake ports 441 and 451 to be opened/closed by the plurality of intake valves. A fuel injection quantity calculating part 15 determines fuel required quantity based on an engine state. A leaning factor reducing part 13 reduces a leaning factor for fuel required quantity and executes leaning in an operation region where the valve stopping mechanism 53 is switched to the non-operating state by escaping from the predetermined engine speed region. Leaning is stepwise performed.
