PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerated ash melting furnace which can perform not only the fusion of the ash of incinerated ash but also the fusion of the metal in the incinerated ash thereby materializing the cost decrease. SOLUTION: The furnace lower part, which has a tuyere 5, of the main body 2 of the furnace is constituted so that it may be exchanged freely between a furnace lower part 6 for ash which melts the ash H of incinerated ash and a furnace lower part 6 for metal which melts the metal in the incinerated ash.
