PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an assembling property of a spiral spring mechanism module. SOLUTION: The spiral spring mechanism is constituted of a spiral spring mechanism module provided with a spiral spring for accumulating a mechanical energy, a spiral spring accommodation part for accommodating the spiral spring and a transmission means for giving/receiving the mechanical energy between the spiral spring and a driving mechanism; and the driving mechanism. A winding/tightening step becomes efficient by providing a spiral spring winding/ tightening means caused by a relative motion of the transmission means or an output wheel engaged with the transmission means and the driving mechanism.
