PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member of a tubular structural member in which the reinforcing member is arranged inside its metallic body part, the reinforcing member being capable of preventing the generation of rust or an abnormal noise by electrolytic corrosion in spite of long-term service, and reducing a cost by improving assembly workability and simplifying the working of the reinforcing member. SOLUTION: In a tubular structural member 1 comprising a tubular metallic body part 2 and a reinforcing member 3 arranged inside the body 2, the reinforcing member 3 is constituted of a tubular metallic body part 31 of the reinforcing member and a resin part adhered at least to an outer circumference and a side edge of the body part 31. A sloped part 33 is provided at the side edge of the resin part 32, and a hollow part 34 is formed in a longitudinal direction along an axial center line.
